At Primavera Candle, each product is carefully handcrafted and inspected to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on used or opened items.

Missing Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us. While we are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility, we will do our best to help you work with the carrier or provide a solution when possible.
Final Sale
Gift cards, sale items, and products purchased at farmers markets or pop-up events are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
